Capital raise for CWK networks, leading media content provider to educational and consumer market.
Saas Growth Capital
Linch Capital was engaged by a SaaS business that targets the automotive market to raise up to $5 million of growth equity capital. The Company received several proposals but did not reach the valuation hurdle set by the founder. Linch Capital was able to secure several venture debt deals that provided the Company with growth capital but with minimal to no dilution.
Series A Capital Raise
A global provider of real time lead generation and contact data validation services engaged Linch Capital to help raise a Series A round of capital. Linch Capital was successful in helping the Company secure a strategic as well as institutional and individual investment to complete a capital raise.
